When we set about to redesign this web site, we decided to optimize it for people using a screen resolution of 800x600 pixels on a 17" monitor, a cable modem or DSL connection, and the latest version of Macromedia Flash. The main font we have selected for viewing this site is Verdana.  If you don't have Verdana, we suggest Arial.

We also have optimized it for Internet Explorer 5 and higher, and we have noted problems and issues with other browsers and versions.

Recognized Problems:
If you are using a 56k modem, pages may seem to take a long time to load and some of the rollover images may not appear to work because of page loading issues.  We apologize for this, but there is little we can do to speed up a slow web connection.

If you don't have a recent version of Macromedia Flash, you may be prompted to go to Macromedia's site to get it.  We recommend that you always have the latest version of necessary browser plug-ins to avoid incompatibility problems.

If you're on a Mac, using Netscape 4 and under, some of our forms may look bad and some of our fonts may look too large, or too small.  The form problem is being addressed. The font problem is due to a setting in Netscape that enables a user to set their browser fonts to override the fonts and sizes selected by the developers of a web site.  This can be corrected by going into your Preferences and de-selecting a checkbox that controls this functionality.
